Spiritual Therapy Paper Back
James Bourne Author. This text, Spiritual Therapy, is inspired by the Ausar Auset Society that has been guiding me with the ailments I developed living in western culture. Mental health is a big thing now in the African American community and therapy is one of the ways to attend to this. Therapy is a powerful tool, but I want to put another perspective to it. How are you taking care of your spirit which guides the mind? In this book I will explain my journey growing up with certain conditions that I have faced as a black male in America. In my journey so far, I have recognized and conquered parts of my spiritual being. I still have a lot more work to do to uncover my true potential and I give it up to my ancestral teachings for the seed planted in the community I have grown in.
